Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and a password of your choice. Tick the age confirmation and terms checkbox, then click the create account button. The whole process takes under two minutes on any phone or browser. You do not need to upload any documents at this stage — those are only required when you make your first withdrawal.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 65k. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Age is verified against your CNIC during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage users are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.

No. One account per person is the strict rule on 65k. Duplicate accounts are detected during KYC and can result in the closure of both accounts with the balance forfeited. If you already have an account, use the Login page to access it. If you have lost access, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to that inbox. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Click the link in the email and follow the steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered email, contact support directly.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to provide a clear photo or scan of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back). The name on your CNIC must match the name you used when registering. If there is a discrepancy, your withdrawal will be delayed until the information is corrected.

Deposits

Log in to your account and navigate to the Deposit section. Choose your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card — enter the PKR amount and confirm. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically appear in your 65k balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

Bank transfers can take one to three business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals are subject to the KYC check being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements being in play on the balance being withdrawn.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: KYC documents not yet uploaded or approved, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements on the balance, a name mismatch between the account and the destination wallet or bank, or the withdrawal amount being below the minimum threshold. Check your account notifications for the specific reason — if still unclear, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.
